Return Policy

At Plastic Detox we strive to provide quality products and exceptional service to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date, excluding tax and shipping costs. Please note the following guidelines:

 

Eligibility: Products must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return. Opened, damaged, or used items may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

 

Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at lauren@plasticdetox.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and further instructions on how to proceed.

 

Refunds/Exchanges: Most unopened items sold by Plastic Detox in new condition and returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange. The return window begins from the date the order is shipped. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

 

Proof of Purchase: Please retain your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Items returned without a receipt may be subject to denial of refund or exchange.

 

Environmental Considerations: While we accept returns as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we encourage mindful consumption to reduce the carbon footprint associated with returns. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
